Looking for tips on how to cook soft brown rice?
I will try them all out to see which is best as they come in. The winning idea will get the 10 points
I am wiling to try almost anything 
I am also wondering if soaking it like beans will work to promote softness.
I put a little vinegar and olive oil in the water and then cook the brown rice...it makes it softer and the grains more separate, I like separate grained rice...
I like to saute' mushrooms, onions, garlic in olive oil, add a pinch of marjoram and thyme and a pinch of curry powder and then add rice and water and cook..adding a dash of vinegar of course..
