I'm about to fork about $400 on the tote and turn to you you fashionistas/couture divas for some help. I don't usually pay more than $25 for a purse and have never really been big on Coach print but the '07 Holiday patchwork has me going **nuts**!

Personally, I'm not the type to pitch a fit about sporting a 'last season' bag...and wouldn't care about not staying on the cutting edge. But, would keeping this for 2-5 years be the high-brow equivalent of wearing a reindeer-sequin sweater in July or, say, wearing one of those bohemian gypsy skirts and acid-washed denim?

I'm not overly picky, I just don't want to plop down half a rent payment and wind up looking stupid or embarassingly out-dated come next year....or sooner.
