Emo Gothic
In your opinion what is 'Gothic' and 'Emo' and 'Scene'?
My friend thinks she is Gothic, Her and i both have the same perspective of "goth" she thinks she is dark and the stereotype goth when really she is always happy and preppy. So i looked up Emo Scene and Gothic on a urban dictionary site and i got a lot of different ideas of what it is. So if you don't mind please exsplain to me what "Emo, Gothic, and Scene" are. Goth is a type of music, a type of fashion which has many different subfashions and a sub culture. Don't believe stereotypes, they are for stupid and ignorant people. Goths don't dress in all black and mop all day about death and Marilyn Manson (Who is metal/shock rock not goth) Scene is an internet fashion trend. It's over rated and should be dead since it started in like the early 2000's by a bunch of loser girls looking fake fame. You wear Hot Topic clothes, make your hair look like a raccoon, pretend to model with shitty pictures of yourself and be a "sitemodel" and pretty much try too hard for attention. It's a trashy and very much hated fashion yet kids today still think they're awesome because they try to be ugly attention whores. Emo is "a style of rock music typically characterized by melodic musicianship and expressive, often confessional lyrics". It's not self harm, or wearing skinny jeans or being emotional. The bands that are in the genre don't even dress like those Hot Topic kids who try too hard to be a stupid stereotype that isn't even a sub culture or fashion. It's a type of music. Not wearing skinny jeans, band T-shirts and whatever else Hot Topic sells and self harming yourself. Self Harm is NOT a joke yet some "emo" kids cut themselves just so they get attention. The stupidity of teenagers now days has reached an all time low.
